1.Scope of Services

b2base provides the following services:
● Product sourcing through multiple vendor partners
● Dropshipping, reselling, wholesale, and retail support
● Order fulfillment and packing services
● Repacking and quality checks
● Delivery through third-party courier and logistics aggregators
● RTO (Return-to-Origin) handling and management
● Product images and video creatives for advertising, sourced from multiple platforms
● Backend operational support for sellers
This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by b2base, online and offline.

2.Information We Collect

We collect only information required to operate as a fulfillment and supply partner.

2.1 Client Information

● Name and business name
● Phone number and email address
● Billing and payment-related details
● Communication records (WhatsApp, email, calls)
● Order instructions and preferences

2.2 End-Customer Information (Provided by Clients)

● Customer name
● Delivery address
● Phone number
● Order details (product, quantity, COD value, etc.)
Important: b2base does not directly collect customer data. All end-customer
information is provided by the client for order fulfillment purposes only.

2.3 Operational & Logistics Data

● Tracking IDs
● Courier partner details
● Delivery status updates
● RTO status and reasons
● Packaging and repacking records
● Damage inspection reports

2.4 Advertising & Media Assets

● Product images and videos used for ads
● Media sourced from vendors, internal shoots, or third-party platforms

3.How We Use the Information

We use collected information strictly for business operations, including:
● Processing and fulfilling orders
● Coordinating with vendors and courier partners
● Managing packing, repacking, and dispatch
● Handling RTO cases and reconciliations
● Sharing tracking updates with clients
● Providing product creatives for advertising use

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties

4.Vendor & Third-Party Sharing

5.RTO (Return-to-Origin) Policy & Data Handling

5.1 RTO Processing

When an order is returned:
● The product undergoes inspection
● Condition (damaged / undamaged) is recorded
● RTO data is logged for reconciliation

5.2 Refund & Adjustment Rules

● b2base does not provide cash refunds
● If the returned product is undamaged, the product value is credited to the client’s
wallet
● Courier charges and repacking costs must be paid by the client
● Credits can only be adjusted against future orders
This process requires storing and processing RTO-related data.

6.No Refund Policy

All payments made to b2base are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
● Product costs
● Fulfillment charges
● Courier charges
● Repacking fees
● Service-related payments
Any eligible amount is adjusted only as account credit, not refunded to bank accounts.

7.Data Retention

We retain data only as long as required for:
● Order history and accounting
● Legal and compliance purposes
● Dispute resolution
● Internal audits
Data may be archived or deleted when no longer required.

8.Data Security

b2base follows reasonable security practices to protect data, including:
● Restricted access to operational data
● Secure storage of digital records
● Limited internal access on a need-to-know basis
However, no system is 100% secure, and b2base cannot guarantee absolute protection
against unauthorized access.

9.Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
● Provide accurate and lawful customer data
● Obtain necessary consent from their customers
● Use product images and videos responsibly
● Not misuse b2base data, media, or systems
Any misuse is the client’s sole responsibility.

10.Advertising Content Disclaimer

Product images and videos provided by b2base:
● Are sourced from vendors, internal teams, or third-party platforms
● Are provided “as-is” for promotional use
● May be used by multiple clients
b2base does not guarantee exclusivity, performance, or ad results.

11.Legal Compliance

b2base complies with applicable Indian laws related to data handling and business
operations. Clients operating outside India are responsible for their own legal compliance.

12.Policy Updates

b2base may update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of
services indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
