These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by b2base (“we”,
“us”, “our”). By placing orders, using services, or engaging with b2base in any manner, the
client (“you”, “your”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use b2base services.
1. Nature of Business
b2base operates as a:
● Product supplier
● Fulfillment and backend support partner
● Dropshipping, reselling, wholesale, and retail service provider
b2base works with multiple vendors and third-party service providers to fulfill orders.
b2base is not a marketplace, not a courier company, and not a guarantee provider.
2. Service Coverage
b2base services include but are not limited to:
● Product sourcing from multiple vendors
● Order packing and repacking
● Dispatch through third-party courier aggregators
● RTO (Return-to-Origin) management
● Product images and video creatives for ads
● Backend fulfillment operations
Service availability may vary based on product, location, vendor, and logistics partner.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
● Provide accurate order and customer details
● Ensure lawful use of customer data
● Confirm prices, availability, and stock before running ads
● Bear all risks related to marketing, advertising, and sales
● Maintain sufficient account balance for orders, RTO, and charges
b2base is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
4. Pricing & Payments
● All prices are subject to change without prior notice
● Prices may vary due to vendor changes, logistics costs, or market conditions
● Payments must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing
No Price Locking
b2base does not guarantee fixed pricing. Clients must reconfirm prices before scaling or
advertising.
5. No Refund Policy (Strict)
● All payments are non-refundable
● This includes product cost, courier charges, packing fees, repacking fees, and
service charges
b2base does not issue cash or bank refunds under any circumstances.
6. RTO (Return-to-Origin) Policy
6.1 RTO Handling
When an order is returned:
● Product condition is inspected
● RTO status is recorded
● Product may be restocked if undamaged
6.2 RTO Cost Responsibility
● Courier charges (forward + return) are payable by the client
● Repacking and handling charges are payable by the client
6.3 RTO Credit Adjustment
● If the product is returned without damage, the product value is credited to the
client’s b2base account
● Credits can be adjusted only against future orders
● Credits are not transferable and not withdrawable
7. Damaged / Lost / Delayed Shipments
● b2base is not liable for courier delays, losses, theft, or damages caused during
transit
● Any courier claims depend solely on the courier partner’s policies
● b2base may assist in coordination but provides no guarantee of recovery
8. Product Quality & Variations
● Product images and videos are for reference only
● Minor variations in color, design, packaging, or finish may occur
● b2base does not guarantee manufacturer consistency
Quality disputes beyond reasonable tolerance are not grounds for refunds.
9. Advertising & Media Usage
● Product images and videos are provided as-is
● Media may be shared with multiple clients
● No exclusivity is guaranteed
● b2base is not responsible for ad performance, ROAS, or conversions
All advertising risks are borne by the client
10. Account Suspension & Termination
b2base reserves the right to:
● Suspend or terminate services
● Hold or adjust account balances
● Reject orders
Without prior notice if the client:
● Violates these Terms
● Misuses services or data
● Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical practices
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
● b2base’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the specific order involved
● b2base is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
● Loss of profit, ad spend, or business reputation is not our responsibility
12. Force Majeure
b2base is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control,
including but not limited to:
● Natural disasters
● Government restrictions
● Courier disruptions
● Vendor shutdowns
● Technical failures
13. Modifications to Terms
b2base may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
